The hotel has beautiful grounds. This creates a relaxing atmosphere. Rooms include Tudor features. The breakfast was tasty. A good choice of quality products was available.
The pool and jacuzzi were cold. I was not impressed. There was not enough staff on duty when things went wrong. The single person at reception had to deal with problems.

the setting is beautiful and relaxing. the food in the restaurant was good and the staff was attentive. i sadly did not have time to try the spa facilities, but maybe next time. breakfast had a nice variety.

the room was clean. it provided a good bed and supportive pillows. high-quality toiletries were provided in the bathroom, and i had everything i needed for my stay. it met all expectations.

Staff were helpful, even on the phone, and go above and beyond to assist guests. fredy, the manager, was excellent and helped me get a suitable room. the lady coordinating breakfast was also excellent. A very good service!!!

The spa felt more like a slightly neglected public swimming pool. the jacuzzi was lukewarm, not exactly the bubbling oasis i was hoping for. And there was a distinct aroma of chlorine competing with the faint scent of relaxation oils, it was not successful. also, the breakfast buffet seemed a bit chaotic. Finding a clean table reminded me of a competitive sport.

Staff provide much assistance. The room includes a comfortable bed and television. This allows for some relaxation. Breakfast selections offer much choice, there is something for everyone. The grounds are attractive. They create a pleasant environment.
My visit includes some noise during the evening due a wedding. This event disrupt the peaceful atmosphere I did expect.
